POLICIES

Booking & Deposits

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours' notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new date (subject to availability).

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge for the full service.

Bridal Trials & Bookings
  • Bridal trials are highly recommended to ensure the perfect look for your wedding day.

  • A deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full by 14 days before the wedding.

  • Any changes to bridal party numbers or services must be communicated at least 4 weeks before the wedding date.

Travel & Call-Out Fees
  • Travel costs may apply for bookings outside of [location] and will be calculated based on mileage.

  • For early morning appointments before 8 AM, an additional call-out fee may apply.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with no refund of the deposit.

Refunds & Satisfaction

All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your makeup, please raise them during your appointment so adjustments can be made.

Hygiene & Health
  • All products and brushes are sanitized between clients to maintain high hygiene standards.

  • If you have any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please inform me prior to your appointment.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of both parties.

Photography & Social Media

I may take photos or videos of my work for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please let me know in advance.

Additional Fees
  • A premium fee may apply for last-minute bookings or out-of-hours appointments.

  • Any additional costs will be discussed prior to confirming your booking.

Group Bookings
  • For group bookings, a minimum of [X] people is required.

  • A deposit is required per person to secure the booking.

  • Final numbers and any changes must be confirmed at least [X] days in advance.

Payment Methods

I accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayPal

The final balance is due on the day of your appointment unless stated otherwise.

Gift Vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
